The Founder

As a native Californian with a passion for all things bbq and salsa, I discovered a lack of good salsas in the NYC region. I saw an opportunity to fill that gap so I started 212 SALSA. This meant leaving the corporate world after 28 years and picking up a passionate hobby of mine - making excellent salsa!

As New Yorkers, we know that NYC is the hotbed of cultural diversity and the melting pot of America. You can say the same about our salsas. Through 25+ years of global salsa experiences and experimentation, we have created our own melting pot of premium, gourmet salsas.
